What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover American Express, and ACH.
Is travel Insurance required?
While travel insurance is highly recommended for any unforeseen events, it is NOT required. TSA does understand things may happen or come up however we do NOT refund any deposits or payments.
Do you offer Roommate Matching?
We will try our best to match you with a roommate, but we cannot guarantee you will be matched with a mate.
What happens if my roommate cancels or abandons their trip?
You will be charged the supplement fee for the single accommodations. You can also try to find another roommate. At the time of their booking they will need to pay the initial deposit and all payments that have been paid.
How do I make my monthly payments?
After your initial deposit has been made you will receive an invoice at the beginning of the month.
When are payments due?
All payments are due by the 15th of the month. TSA has a 5 day grace period. There will be a $25.00 late fee for all late payments. If payments are not made by the 21st, the trip will be canceled, NO refunds and / or credits will be issued.
Is TSA a female travel group?
Trips are opened to both male and female unless it is specified in the trip details.
Is TSA only for African American travelers?
Traveling Sistas Abroad welcomes all ethnicities .
Referral Program terms and conditions
1. The refer 5 friends and receive $2,500.00 off incentive is open to all customers of Traveling Sistas Abroad, who have already booked and completed a trip with us.
2. To qualify for the incentive, customers must refer a minimum of 5 new customers to book and travel with us.
3. All referred customers must pay for their trip in full and actually travel on the trip booked.
4. If a referred customer cancels their trip after booking, they will not count towards the incentive.
5. The incentive can only be redeemed once all 5 referred customers have completed their trip with us.
6. The incentive will be $2,500.00 off a trip with Traveling Sistas Abroad. and will be selected by. The trip will be based on availability and subject to black-out dates and other restrictions.
7. Once the trip has been selected and the incentive has been applied, the incentive cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
8. Traveling Sistas Abroad reserves the right to amend or cancel the incentive at any time without notice.
9. By participating in the incentive, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
What is the difference between land only and land and air?
Land only option does not include the airfare, you would need to arrange your roundtrip flights and transportation to and from the accommodation at the destination outside your booking with TSA. Land and air includes your round trip flights and ground transportation to and from the accommodations.
Does TSA provide travel quotes for individuals?
Sorry, we do not provide quotes for individual trips.
When will I receive the itinerary for my trip?
Itineraries are sent to each client 30 days before the event via email. We try to get itineraries finalized sooner and if we do you will receive it via email.
Are your trips kid friendly?
TSA trips are for adults only unless specified in the trip details.
